Waterpouch Returns Policy

At Waterpouch, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we want to make the process as straightforward as possible for you.


1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your Waterpouch crossbody water bottle bag must meet the following criteria:

  • The bag must be in new and unused condition.
  • The original packaging, including all tags and labels, must be intact.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Waterpouch bags purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or retailers.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support Team: Reach out to our customer support team at customersupport@waterpouch-hydrationeverywhere.com to request a return authorization.

b. Provide Information: When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Condition of the item

c. Await Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Please do not return the item without this number.

d. Package the Item: Securely package your Waterpouch bag in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the packing slip or a note with your RMA number and contact information.

e. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided with your RMA number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Inspection and Refund

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within [number of business days] business days. 5. Exchange
